seriously, really!?!

okay so it was is australia and he was a collector, who apparently was willing to sell his overflow stash to support his habit.

i just seriously can't imagine being so smitten with something that i would be willing to hide it in my pants to board a plane.

ok, at least not yet.

i had an incredible birthday weekend. as is typical, my husband plans an outstanding celebration each year. this year we stayed at a hilton taking the two of the grandkids with us. little victoria is quite the hilton kid. LOVES to go to breakfast, LOVES spending time at the pool, exercise room and anywhere else she can find to explore. lucky for me, her papa didn't mind getting up early and chaperoning her adventures.

good. stuff.

after a dinner out celebrating my and my mother's birthdays together (yes, they are on the same day) we returned home to a birthday cake and ice cream surprise from my youngest and his girlfriend, gloria. very nice indeed.

this weekend we are going back out camping in the desert. can't wait to ride my dirtbike again. i have had a frustrating week both at work and in my personal life. nothing to do with my bday OR my hubby, or my mom, or my dogs. . .drama!! oh goodness sakes.

so hopefully i'll have some pictures for you after the weekend trip!
