rainy days

it's been raining for a few days. not the constant, non-stop, go to sleep, wake up, all day kind of rain. more the it never truly goes away but the sun will break out for interludes between gentle drizzles.

it's cold though. cold for us. it's 63 degrees with a wind chill of 63 degrees. no, it wasn't a typo, apparently there is no wind. don't trust me, i got it from weather dot com. i can't make that stuff up.

tonight i'm going to look at a "new" used rv sofa sleeper. you may wonder what exactly makes it different from a regular sofa. . .i wondered until i began researching it. rv furniture is made to come apart, get it through the door, then easily reassemble once it's inside. the sofa that is in there now is not that type and i'm not looking forward to extracting it either. it also stinks, is dusty and falling apart at the seams, quite literally.

i've actually given the okay to use a sawzall to help extract it. it's the only way the husband could be enticed is through the use of excessive and destructive force. that alone raised the glam factor to him.

so we'll see. craigslist. . .what can't you find on there?

for those in the know. . .i'm also shopping for entirely new make up. different brand, different color, different style. unfortunately all that "different" is ending up on the same olde face.

shrug.

sometimes you just gotta shake off the moss and roll on.
